SKIPPERSTONE ROAD, BANGOR

Located to the south of Bangor town centre, the scheme at Skipperstone Road provided a mix of 3 and 2 bed houses and 1 bed apartments.  

The site is conveniently close to Bangor town centre amenities, local schools and public parks.  Balloo Retail Park and Bloomfield Shopping Centre are both only a 10-15 minute walk

       
   

DERRY COMPETITIVE DESIGN & BUILD SCHEME
The scheme provided a mixture of 3 and 2 bedroom houses, 2 and 1 bedroom Category 1 apartments, 1 bedroom general needs apartments and 3 and 2 bedroom wheelchair houses.

The site is within 2.5 miles of Londonderry city centre and close to local transport links, local amenities and schools.  The scheme added to Fold's already existing housing stock in the Skeoge Road area of Londonderry.

       
    BURN ROAD, COOKSTOWN
The site at Burn Road is located in close proximity to Cookstown's main shopping street (William Street/James Street), which is commonly known as Ireland's longest town centre street.  Along with shopping, the houses are also within easy walking range of bus routes, restaurants and schools.
       
    RAVENHILL AVENUE (DESIGN & BUILD), BELFAST

Adjacent to our traditional site on Ravenhill Avenue, Fold completed a further 41 units as a Competitive Design & Build scheme.  Providing a mixture of 3 and 2 bedroom houses along with 2 and 1 bedroom apartments, the scheme was constructed to Lifetime Homes and Secured by Design Standards and helped address some of the housing need in the area.

       
   

RAVENHILL AVENUE (TRADITIONAL), BELFAST

Located on the junction of Ravenhill Avenue and Millar Street, Belfast, Fold took final handover of this 86 unit scheme on 17th October 2016.  The scheme is located approximately 1.5 miles from Belfast City Centre and comprised of 3 and 2 bed houses and 3,2 and 1 bed apartments.  The photo (left) shows two of the apartment blocks. The scheme was constructed to Lifetime Homes and Secured by Design Standards.

       
   

FASHODA STREET, EAST BELFAST

Fold took handover on 3rd August 2016 of this 13 unit competitive Design and Build scheme in East Belfast.  Located approximately 2 miles from the city centre, the scheme is surrounded by existing NIHE houses, other Housing Association houses, private rentals and homeowners.  

       
   

MILL POND GLEN, POLEGLASS

Fold took final handover on 5th July 2016 of this 65 unit scheme comprising a mixture of 3 and 2 bedroom houses and 2 bedroom apartments, two of which are wheelchair apartments.  The scheme adds to Fold's existing housing stock in the area at Foxes Glen and Lagmore.  

       
Longstone Street    

LONGSTONE STREET, LISBURN

Fold is proud to present this newly completed scheme in the heart of Lisburn. Formerly Oak House, which lay dormant for a number of years, this and two of the adjacent properties have been transformed to provide nine single bed units to young people leaving care.  Fold entered into a Joint Management Agreement with MACS, Lisburn who will run the project.  

       
   

55 MOUNTSANDEL ROAD, COLERAINE

This site was a previously constructed 3 storey apartment block comprising of 6 apartments, one of which was sold privately.  FOLD purchased the remaining 5 apartments Off-the-Shelf as Elderly Category 1 apartments in April 2016.  

       
   

VILLAGE PHASE 3, BELFAST

FOLD completed Phase 3 of the ongoing Regeneration work in the Village Area of South Belfast. 27 new houses were constructed to help address some of the high level of housing need in the area.
